KITTY
[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=valign,top] KITTY TWENTY-TWO FEMALE BISEXUAL MUSICIAN | [atrb=style, width: 296px; padding: 5px; background-color: e3e3e3; border-top: 4px solid #966666;] GENERAL INFORMATION NAME, Katrina Gallagher BIRTH DATE, |
HEIGHT, 5'7"
WEIGHT, 125 lbs
APPEARANCE, Kitty stands at five feet seven inches; slender, dangerously so these days, as she has been forgetting to eat. In a certain light, there appears to be so little meat on her bones, but for what it's worth, she keeps fit by keeping a regular schedule of morning and evening runs. Frequently seen in skinny jeans and layered tank-tops under her trusty black hoodie and a silver necklace draped over her bare collarbone (a cherished present from her ex-girlfriend on the day the two were separated). Her ears are also riddled with studs and jewels, and is fond of covering her wrists with various accessories. Her blonde hair is haphazardly cut and kept at a short length as much as possible. That way it's low-maintenance as Kitty's a wash-and-wear kind of girl. Her lidded amber eyes give her face a distinct look playing between disdain and quiet disinterest, but should her lips curl even just a little bit, they can appear quite seductive; her smile unintentionally suggestive, but nonetheless exuding an inviting aura. history
PARENTS, Mal Crickets (52) & Henry Gallagher (56) - separated
SIBLINGS, Gabriel (23), Phoenix (20), Sadie (22), Crush (18), Gore (19) & Sarah (19) - fraternal twins
Kitty comes from a household of utter disorder; a portrait of chaos without spoken rules to impose restrictions. This is due mainly to the absence of formal authority figures. Their mother has left them to the care of their alcoholic dad who's rarely even seen at home in the daylight, only arriving drunk and passed out usually with a couple of police officers dragging him through the front door come dawn. She is the second child in a pack of seven. Her eldest brother ran away from home as soon as he turned 18 and has been out of touch ever since, leaving her to tend to her five younger siblings.
Her mother Mal, a picture of delicate and flawless beauty in her fifties, was an art museum curator; strict and painfully rigid in her manners and principles. She is the middle child of three brothers, a consistent over-achiever who is obsessed with perfection at the cellular level. Kitty loved her mother dearly for she was strong and decisive, two traits she wished she could have inherited. They were secured and well-provided for but the woman was far from affectionate and seemed to avoid contact with her children as though they were a disease she was terrified of contracting. She was hardly seen at home and would only speak to them briefly about absolutely necessary matters, limiting her interaction exclusively to her husband. Kitty took it upon herself to help her mother with daily chores when she's around, filling in the gaps. She somehow blames her father for her mother's cold behavior, harboring a deep-rooted resentment for him as a result, and making no effort whatsoever to hide this fact. Needless to say, this has put a strain into their relationships, causing a heavy, underlying unrest should they make a mistake of speaking so much as a single word to each other. Kitty would like her mother to come back to them, but seeing as she probably already has her own family, it is easier for Kitty to abandon all hope of reconciliation, but not without frightening anger.
Kitty is her siblings' caretaker now. They live in an ample apartment in Brooklyn, taking on odd jobs to chip with the bills. Despite their situation, the kids are able to get by and fend for themselves. They are extremely close to each other and though admittedly having their own fucked up quirks, their lives remain pleasantly interconnected by a strong bond. If Kitty is proud of anything in her seemingly degenerate existence, it is that.

OTHER INFORMATION
Making music is Kitty's escape. Unfortunately, she is unable to play a musical instrument but more than makes up for it as a brilliant lyricist and distinct singing talent. She is the frontman of the band Double Cross, a rock group of 5 (2 chicks, 3 dudes). She spends most of her free time writing songs with her crew and running after gigs for their big break.
Though not very vocal about her religious beliefs, Kitty believes in god. She enjoys raspberry vodka and peace mango juice. She's a chain-smoker. It's quite a problem, but will have to remain so for now as quitting proves difficult when you have barely anything else to put into your mouth for sustenance. After all, it's better to ignore the hunger than make an effort to find food. She almost killed someone. She steals as a survival strategy. Then again, everyone in the family have pretty skilled fingers. She has a crush on one of her band mates. Her favorite sister is Gore, and may be having inappropriate feelings for her. She has absolutely no regard for her physical well-being as long as she gets to do something fun and different. Very passionate about life, and game for anything. She has contemplated suicide a few times in the past, but mostly keeps her problems to herself to avoid inconveniencing the people around her.
