[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=valign,top] None twenty female straight University student | [atrb=style, width: 296px; padding: 5px; background-color: e3e3e3; border-top: 4px solid #966666;] GENERAL INFORMATION NAME, Eve Nightengale BIRTH DATE, |
HEIGHT, 5’5
WEIGHT, 110 pounds
APPEARANCE, She’s by no means the height of fashion but she does tend to dress in a very feminine manner, skater skirts and pretty blouses are often scene on her person, even the odd summer dress will break into her wardrobe when the weather gets hotter. However, when she’s at work she opts for the more practical jeans and t-shirt option. Eve has soft pale skin that usually holds the light dusting of a blush, her eyes are large and are shaded a muddy brown colour framed by a number of long dark lashes. Standing at 5'5 Eve's not the tallest girl in the world, though that fact hardly bothers her, she wouldn't want to be any taller she's happy the way she is, what she does wish for however are some form of curves. Her narrow and less than womanly body gives her the appearance of a boy rather than a young woman, she still hopes one day she'll develop, preferably over night.[/div]
PERSONALITY
Eve Nightengale had always been complemented on her great skill to calm others; her gentle mannerisms as well as her compassionate nature tend to be somewhat soothing to those who seek out her advice or council. Though personally Eve’s hardly ever prided herself on her advice giving skills, in fact she’s pretty sure it’s actually quite terrible, what she does pride herself on however are her listening skills. She’s a good listener and would always lend an ear if somebody needed to talk to her, her strong senses of loyalty towards her friends would hardly turn her away from them, regardless of the situation.
Throughout her childhood Eve developed a kinship to literature, living in near enough poverty her father hardly had the money to give his daughter gifts and so when he presented her at the tender age of six an anthology of stories she fell in love with it. This affinity to reading has stuck with her and it is her dream to become a writer, for years she’s daydreamed within the boundaries of her wild imagination. With this in mind she’s quite idealistic in nature and from this subjection to fairy tales and love stories Eve has received quite an interesting perception upon the subject of love and happiness. She strongly believes in true love and its abilities to change a person. Though it wasn’t only romantic love that fuelled her desires, maternal and familial love spurned her on, having lost her mother Eve became one of the only female figures in her younger brothers life and thus became very protective over him, this protective nature is another thing she prides in her personality her friends should always know she’s got their back.
Modest wouldn’t be an uncommon compliment either thanks to her working class upbringing she’s never really had much to vain about, she’s hardly proud either. Her shyness is another thing most comment on, while she’s a friendly person by nature she’s not the type to approach someone she was either intimidated by or someone she’d class as higher than her socially. With that in mind she’s incredibly easy to embarrass though her hardy nature means she’s a lot less emotionally sensitive (much unlike her father, the soppy old coot) and rarely cries at sad things. However that’s not to suggest she’s a robot, Eve simply chooses to bottle up her feelings of which are of course terribly unhealthy of her.
Sardonically sensible Eve prides herself on her logic, which sounds great on paper but usually it means she’s left cleaning up whatever mess her father had brought the family business into. With that in mind she’s quite hypocritical as she may berate others for their reckless antics but she herself has her own incidents to answer for. She’s stubborn as well, and once Eve’s made her mind up on something it takes a great deal to change it, trust me, many have tried and only a few have ever succeeded her ambition drives her and while many wouldn’t have suggested it eve is in fact one of the most ambitious people you’ll ever meet. She dreams of creating a new life for herself and her family and if it means putting in every other hour under the sun at University, or making a dodgy deal to secure her younger brothers future, then she’ll do it.

history
PARENTS, Margot Nightengale (nee Cherish) – deceased
Gary Nightengale – 45 – Bar owner
SIBLINGS, Freddie Nightengale – 12
Eve was born on a cold October day, to Margot and Gary Nightengale, her parents were by no means wealthy and while she didn’t grow up in the most luxurious of fashions she certainly had a happy child hood. Eve remembers lovely trips to central park, with her mother while her father played with her and told her grand stories of princesses and dragons those days were the best and from what Eve can remember she’d never been happier.
When Eve was eight years old, her mother announced she was pregnant, at first Eve was annoyed, she didn’t want a silly baby taking her mother away, but when he was born and she saw his tiny cute face for the first time Eve had an epiphany and decided to look after him as much as she could. For once the Nightengale family were financially secure; her father took over a bar in Queens which somehow managed to attract a number of reliable clients giving them a great intake of business.
Things didn’t stay happy for long a terrible car accident claimed the life of Margot leaving the entire family shell shocked, Eve was beside herself with grieve and can’t remember a day that year when she didn’t cry.
Eve finally grew up and attended high school like every other child her age, Eve adored school it was one of the few places she could absorb herself into education and learn to her heart’s content, and how she did learn. She’d always been somewhat intelligent and after she’d made a small number of close friends it became one of her favourite places to be. Finally she graduated and went on to the local university, before she’d even started her course she was sure that she was going to major in English Literature, how could she not it was the most perfect subject for her. Life at home began to change drastically, the bar her father owned became notorious for the number of gang members or dodgy businessmen that began drinking there scaring off most of the faithful customers. Eve began to hate working there and dreaded the night shift. She still hates working there to this day but now since most of their profits are dwindling she knows she may have no choice, not if she wants to continue her college education.
