RULES
General
› Common sense is required here, please use it.
› Read all the rules and educate yourself.
› We highly encourage 150+ words per IC post, but it's not required.
› Images are not to be a pixel over 600 pixels wide. Avatars are 100 x 100.
› PG-13 is the rating here. If you have a thread threatening to go over that, please fade to black or take it to our LJ here.
Activity
› We're not heartless here - real life comes first.
› We merely ask that you log into each of your accounts once a week. We'd prefer if you could post weekly, but we understand that other things get in the way. Once every two weeks is agreeable.
› A character limit will be created and enforced if need be, so let's not push it.
› If a character has not been finished in two weeks, it will be moved to the archives.
Creation
› No roleplaying or IC activity until your character has been accepted.
› Please don't use the same alias for your OOC name as your character's name.
› We prefer 3rd person past tense here.
› One character per account: "FIRST LAST" case-sensitive
› Characters can be any reasonable age.
› When being created, a character must have a place to live. Please check out the available homes and mention it in your character's application.
› There's no set time in between making characters, but please use your first before creating your second.
Roleplaying
› Standard rules apply - make it known if your thread is closed so there's no hurt feelings.
› No godmodding, powerplaying, no mary sues... be fair. Don't use OOC information IC.
› Fluid time is allowed, but don't stretch it.
› Characters age in real time.
› Have fun.
Jobs
› Characters can have a job, have no job, or have multiple jobs. That is up to you.
› Their occupation is, additionally, dependent on what the creator sees fit for his or her character.
› Be realistic with jobs - your character will not have five jobs.
› Feel free to make a risky combination... We welcome your child caretaker character to be a stripper by night. It's racy and exciting!
› Specify your character's job(s) within the character application. If staff finds a problem with the combination, we will say something.
› Don't make it stressful for yourself - we roleplay to have fun, always keep this in mind.
